When a block reaches 8-9 years of development, beneficiaries typically become sufficiently capable to function independently and that is when SeSTA exits from a location after promoting the formation of Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs) by empowering these communities to transition into entrepreneurial ventures, fostering long-term self-sufficiency and economic growth.
