  • All donations made through this website are voluntary.
  • Donations are used to support the objectives, activities, and programs of SeSTA.
  • Making a donation does not create any ownership, partnership, or contractual relationship with SeSTA.

3. Payment Processing

  • Online donations are securely processed through Razorpay.
  • We do not store your complete debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI credentials on our website.
  • All payment transactions are subject to the terms, conditions, and security policies of Razorpay and your respective bank or payment provider.

4. Refund Policy

  • Donations are generally non-refundable.
  • If a donation has been made in error, or there has been an accidental duplicate transaction, you may contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved at the sole discretion of SeSTA.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

5. Donor Information

By making a donation, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method selected.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information is correct.

7. Tax Benefits

Where applicable, donations made to SeSTA may qualify for tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to the provisions of the Act and the rules framed thereunder. Eligible donors may be issued the necessary donation receipt and Form 10BE (or any other prescribed certificate/document under applicable law) after successful verification of the donation and the donor’s details. Donors are requested to provide accurate and complete information, including their PAN and other required particulars, to enable the issuance of tax benefit certificates. The issuance of tax benefit documents shall be subject to compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access to our website and donation services, SeSTA shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from:

  • Technical failures;
  • Network interruptions;
  • Payment gateway downtime;
  • Delays beyond our reasonable control.
