Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting SeSTA and our flood relief initiatives.

As donations are voluntary contributions made to support humanitarian and charitable activities, they are generally non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment.
• Incorrect donation amount due to a technical error.
• Unauthorized transaction, subject to verification.
• Payment processed multiple times for the same donation.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

• Date of Donation
• Amount Donated
• Reason for Refund
