SeSTA's core belief is that young educated people with empathy towards the poor must work at the grassroots to alleviate poverty. For this SeSTA recruits young, passionate and meaningful people willing to bring a change in the lives of marginalized and disadvantages sections of the society. SeSTA has started a one year long Executive Traineeship programme to groom these young people into Development Professionals. The programme provides the conceptual, methodological and emotional skills for a unique progression from understanding the rural context and problematising the developmental issues therein to engaging with processes of change and transformation. The Executive Trainees can make an informed decision about career choice, have hands-on learning through exposure under the supervision and support of senior professionals designated as mentors and concretise the theoretical learning of the classroom.

Each year SeSTA recruits and grooms at least 10 professionals through campus placements and recruitment camps through a multi stage recruitment process. and recruitment camps through a multi stage recruitment process.

Passionate young persons, specially Women, who have urge to work for rural disadvantaged communities to bring meaningful changes in their lives, with a professional degree in B.Sc(Agri), BVSc, BFSc, B.Tech or  with a postgraduate degree  (MA, MCom, MSW, MBA, MSc, MVsc, M. Tech, MSc (Agri)  or equivalent having at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in last qualified exams can apply. The age limit for applying is 27 years. Gross Stipend/Salary Rs. 18000 + Local Conveyance for first 12 Months. On successful completion of 1 yr probation/ training period, Gross Salary will be approximately Rs. 30400/- (As Executive).

 The job will be a field-based work and will need extensive travelling to rural areas. Selected candidates will have to stay in villages for village stay and village study as part of their training and after completion of village study they may be posted in our locations in Districts of our working

a. Non Verbal Reasoning and test of English

c. Personal Interview

d. Rural Stay Test for 7 days
